Responsibilities And Working experience:
ü Managing Network devices – Firewalls, Routers, Layer 2 & Layer 3 Switches across multiple datacenter for ensuring 100% uptime.
ü Extensively used Visio diagrams depicting Infrastructure Architecture to clients Vendors and updating of diagrams on periodic changes in network level.
ü Preserving network assets – Incident documents, Device Inventory, Diagrams, Capacity planning.
ü Mounting and installation of Network devices [Firewall, Switches and routers] on datacenter based on the requirement needs.
ü Maintaining a basic hardening process for newly installed Network devices.
ü Working on day-to-day service requests raised by both internal and external teams based on its priority.
ü Preparing of configuration in firewalls, F5 and routers based on client requirements and pursue the Change requests.
ü Implementation of configuration as per the CR process.
ü Troubleshooting network oriented incidents and isolating the issue.
ü Preparing of Incident report with troubleshooting steps and documenting the same.
ü Working on IPS signature up-gradation for Firewalls and maintaining the related documents.
ü Periodically upgrade IOS for Firewalls, Routers and Switches (L2 & L3)
based on the availability and maintain an up-gradation document.
ü Backup and administration in restoring if required on the IOS and configuration file.
ü Monitoring of Firewalls, Routers and Switches on daily basis and responsible for weekly backups.
ü Creating Virtual servers using adequate virtual IP and virtual port in F5 LTM devices.
ü Writing iRules and creating pool members based on requirement.
ü Verifying the iRules, pool members and virtual server list in LTM during troubleshoot.
ü Creating Virtual servers using adequate virtual IP/Port and pool members in F5 GTM devices.
ü Uploading TMOS version in image-list and upgrade on required F5 partition.
ü Negotiating with service providers and vendors during crisis time for fixing the issue
