This software as a service (SaaS) platform contains several modular applications that
can vary by instance and user. Employees use Service-Now to request IT business
services, such as reporting a service interruption or ordering a computer.

Role(s) Service-Now Team Lead

Responsibilities
• Attending CAB Calls to represent the changes.
• Attending client calls to gather requirements and check feasibility.
• Managing upgrade and cloning.
• Handling Escalations.
• Developed Service Catalog items, Variable Sets, UI Policies, Data policies, UI
