Project Name: Advanced Searching & OCR Integration for Front Desk Application
· Created highly customized lightning components to perform advanced searching on the Salesforce database.
· Implemented custom logic for OCR integration on upload file on the lightning component and parsed it using API to store it as a text in Salesforce.
· We were able to create an application to manage the complete candidates hiring journey.
Project Name: Salesforce Zopim Integration
· Implemented an integration between Salesforce and Zopim chat service to store all chats from the Zopim platform to Salesforce.
· When a user chats on the Zopim Chat Service, their chat information along with user information gets stored on the Salesforce database. Implement custom logic to store the user information as lead and convert that lead.
· Visual Force pages for Employee Policies:
· Created a force.com website with the use of highly customized visual force pages that store the policy information that is taken by the employees of the respective client and shows all policies that employees can take.
· Implemented custom logic to handle the policy information to show on the visual force pages and handled automation when any update is done in policy.
Project Name: Lead assignment in Round Robin fashion
· Created a new Lightning Application for the business solution and automation for the Round Robin Lead assignment.
· Created new objects, their fields full setup of the application with customized UI, permissions, users, and their profile setup, and created automation using the trigger for automatic Lead assignment in Round Robin fashion.
Project Name: Service Cloud Setup
· Service cloud setup & created the web to case and knowledgebase articles sync to get quick answers. Automation for Supervisors to follow in particular intervals based on case severity level(urgency level).
