Client is a real estate company that provide shared workspaces for startups and services for other enterprises. They act as an agency/broker between the landlord and tenant. As part of their services they use a 3rd party that look after all landlord/tenant queries and complaints. They wanted to move their 3rd party services onto a Salesforce CRM platform.
They need a way to log queries or complaints against landlords and tenants .The queries/complaints will be logged by the 3rd party call center and then passed on to the relevant person or team. Once the complaint logged it came to salesforce org where its is categorized and further processed. Also each query is automatically assigned to concern team. If query or complaint is having any financial dependency then for that we created approval process. Once query gets closed. It will get reflected as closed in 3rd party portal.
