Role: My role is to manage the complete project. Its is very big project purely written in salesforce Lightning this is made for the quality evaluation purpose. This is the dependent package on several other Appexchange product for CTI Integrated app in salesforce. There are many agents who deal with customer so how they work, to check the and evaluate performance of agent and provide coaching to them, there are number of lightning component created and apex classes for those component. Its ongoing project which is almost completed and its in under testing. right now I have released Beta version of managed package. 1/4 +12.
AWS CTI Integration:-

Role: My role is to manage the complete project. I have worked for Salesforce AWS CTI Integration. There is app of AWS on Appexchange this app is used for call telephony purpose. I have setup all the things in production once the call is completed in salesforce than the Call recording is saved on the AWS S3 Bucket. My task to is to get the access URL from the S3 Buckect to Salesforce. Its very challenging task. To implement this I have to written code on AWS Side in form of lambda function and changed the call recording behaviour. After all things done at AWS side than I worked for Salesforce Rest API, finally saved the access URL in related list of Account. This is very nice experience for me and also for my client. +11.

Role: My role is to manage the complete project. This is the lightning app which is used by the client to generate financial report of all customer. Generate excel file and send as attachement to the client on first monday of everymonth and attached file as attachment in opportunity object. Many filter are there like start date, end date, account name, opportunity name, billing month and many more functionality implemented in this lightning app. +10.
