· Over 7+ years of IT experience on ITIL related technologies, including more than 4+years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.
· Hands-on experience in ITSM technical implementation of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service Catalog and Discovery in ITOM.
· Experience in implementing end-to-end Service Catalogand Workflows.
· Worked in Installation and Configuration of different modules of ServiceNow.
· In-depth knowledge of the technical implementation of various ServiceNow Applications i.e,ITSM, HR, CSM and Service Portal.
· Implemented Customer Service Management (CSM), Multifactor Authentication, out of the box Standard Change catalog & HR integration with Workday according to business requirement.
· Experience working in Customer Service Management (CSM) system.
· Experience in Email Integration from 3rd party tool to ServiceNow. External Two way and bidirectional Web services Integration (both SOAP based, and REST based) in ServiceNow using API's, Import sets, JDBC Data Loads.
· Implemented CMDB Bi-directional Web Services integration. It involves consuming Restful web services, publishing SOAP web services, using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and other ServiceNow scripting modules to support data synchronization and business logic.
· Involved in CMDB and Integration with other external modules.
· Provides daily support of Service Management Platform (ServiceNow), including Scripting, Configuration, Customization, Integrations, Administration ServiceNow processes (User management/Group management), Functions, Service Catalog and Workflow.
· Hands-on experienced with implementation of CSM Modules - Case Management, Customized Development, Customized Applications, Workflows, and Processes.
· Experience in generating different kinds of scheduled Reports and marking them as Gauges.
· Customized Work Order Template and Work Order Screens in Field Service Management.
· Configured MID Server to import data from external sources.
· Extensive experience in writing Client Side and Server-Side scripts.
· Participated in workshops (new technologies, enhancement) with ServiceNow partner teams to help company implement ServiceNow using best practices in ITSM.
· Excellent work experience on Front-end and Back-end testing.
· Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, analysis and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in all phases of SDLC like Requirement Analysis, Implementation and Maintenance, and extensive experience with Agile Methodology.
