SAP Retail Support Project for a Global Brand with operations in South Africa.

Role:

• As part of the Retail OTC team I am responsible for all processes that fall under SAP CAR
• We have 3 SAP CAR systems that we are currently supporting
• Analysis of failed Transactions in SAP POS WB
• Involved in analysis and providing solutions to the issues in SAP CAR data processing, various tasks related to POS transactions, duplication check etc.
• Performing routine system checks (Batch Job monitoring, SAP POS Workbench, IDOC monitoring, SXI_Monitor)
• Managing Integration of SAP CAR with third Party Systems
• Error clearing activities in POSWB
• Issues based on T-LOGs and sales transactions

1. SAP FMS Implementation Project

• Worked on complex Sales Analysis reports which will provide holistic view of Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory data across Sales Organization to the client. These reports were of high importance and impact as they had visibility of top management and business.
