Carrier is majorly US based and other cross locations company which Is the world leader in heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions. Previously, Business People are using CFROST in Legacy system and later they want to be implemented in salesforce to ease their process. Both Sales and services applications has been captured in salesforce where Sales and Service users deals with different roles and responsibilities based on regions.

Responsibilities:
