Description:

Amagi provides Playout, Delivery, Monetization and Ad Sales Services to its customers. The existing Quote to Cash process is completely manual with quote creation, approval and billing happening in offline excel sheets and through manual handovers. The current scope outlines the existing end to end process and the streamlined to - be process to be implemented in Salesforce CPQ.

Role:Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

Analyzing the requirements from the client.
Provided QA task estimates inJIRA.
Involved in Test cases creation, peer reviews, Test Datapreparation.
Actively participated in Daily standup call and defect call.
Interacted with BA’sfor the businessclarification.
Execute all the test cases manually, update execution status in zephyr and created defects in jira.
Giving mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it.
Report work progress to Test Lead or Project Manager asrequired.

Project 2:Conga Harmony

Description:

Conga team has engaged Forsys to provide a roadmap to merge both A1 and C1 sales cloud processes for Interim C2.0, where the current A1 and C1 functionalities, managed packages, process, tools are assessed to design the to-be state process. A1 is the surviving instance. Post leveraging C1 use cases on A1 instance, it would be named as interim C2.0.
