Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is the largest retail travel agency in Australia. It is a multi-site which shares a common code base. This project involved building generic components of campaign related across both legacy and Platform frameworks for FC leisure brands. This also contains common features like Events, blogs, campaigns, Countdown timer, Workflow & Workbench moderation. It contains several brands like FCAU, FCNZ, TMOZ & TMNZ.
It’s an App developed for Saudi Arabia Client. For their in house Service Providers. It facilitates customers to place a request for services in various categories like Ac Repair, Electricity Problem, Door bell or Phone related issues etc. Admin panel is provided to Client from where he can manage all new requests placed, Can quote Estimates, Assign his Inhouse Service Provider to Do the job, Can create Child requests or Reopen/Close any requests, Manage and Check Profit Earned, Accounting report etc..
