Project Name: CTSSP(as BMC Remedy Developer)
Duration: Aug 2016 to Jan 2017
Responsibilities:
● The motto of this project is to replace Kinetic (a tool that is providing a customised
self service portal) which is tightly coupled with BMC Remedy.
● Developed forms, workflows(active links and filters) based on requirement which
helps in integrating with the CTSSP.
● Taken an active part to analyse Kinetic related forms in BMC Remedy.
● Provided on call support to onsite people.
