Description:

GE Healthcare is an American pharmaceutical company and medical equipment manufacturer. It has a range of products and services that include medical imaging, medical diagnostics, etc. Project mainly deals to handle the Service Request management of Assets, Agreement management and Sales & Service Order Management etc

Responsibilities:                                                                   

  • ✔Attended the grooming sessions with the functional owners to understand the requirements 
  • ✔Design and development in Configuration, Scripting, workflows and EAI
  • ✔Used to give the demos to the functional owners on developed user stories and get the business signoff
  • ✔Implemented new interface between three systems Siebel, eDHR (Electronic Device History Records) and the Quality Plan
  • ✔Implemented file-based interface between Siebel and Mainframes (GIB)
  • ✔Enhanced the existing interfaces between Siebel and GLPROD (Oracle Application) & Siebel and EOM (Electronic Order Management), modified the flow of asset creations in Siebel
  • ✔Implemented data remediation flow for the all the interfaces, whenever a failure occurs in the Asset creation flow in Siebel
  • ✔Enhanced the Invoices creation flow for the non-billable Agreements
  • ✔Worked on web services (Inbound and Outbound)
  • ✔Implemented the scripting best practices in the system
  • ✔Supporting the application by resolving the tickets raised by the users after production
  • ✔Good at FDR (Flight Data recorder) file Analysis
  • ✔Supported L2 & L3 team functionally to understand the incidents raised in module wise.
