Responsibilities:
i-Publisher is a comprehensive e-journal management solution that offers a wide range of functionalities, such as submission, peer review, editorial workflow, and content management of e-journals, white papers, newsletters, and conference submissions.
i-Publisher provides a complete system package that includes built-in features like creating menus and sub-menus with ordering, generating dynamic and static pages, managing multiple promoters with a single database, data export/import to database, newsletter and email management, dashboard for higher-ups, portal subscriptions/activation, portal settings, news, and events, file manager, and certificate generation.
The i-Publisher database allows users to access, search, track, measure, and collaborate in the fields of journal information sciences, social sciences, arts, and humanities, thereby converting raw data and information into powerful knowledge.
The project consists of two main department modules: Prepaid and Acceptive. Both modules access the same database but have different websites. Each department generates leads, manages accounts, tracks opportunities and exports and imports leads. We developed several modules in Infor CRM using C# and ASP.Net,
including: integration with the ERP system, user role categorization, generation of Crystal reports based on search parameters, a proposal management system that fetches data from CRM and generates proposals online, an automation system for generating sales orders, and an escalation system created by TaskCentre that alerts senior staff members via email and SMS using BPM process. Additionally, we deployed a mobile WAP application.
SPA Secure Project is an automated security system that comprises different modules,including Operation Executive/Manager, Supervisor, Administrative, Controller, and Client. I have worked on each module and checked the permission level settings, which vary for different modules, using Object & Classes. I have also tested real-time features, manual controls, live chat functionality with multiple users simultaneously, emergency plans, Check-In/Out management, and real-time video streaming. All these features have been developed using .NET technology, including C#, AJAX, and Jscript.
The project is centered around SPA Secure, an integrator of security solutions based in Asia. The company specializes in designing and implementing converged security systems, developing turnkey integrated security systems, and providing software services. They also offer security monitoring and intrusion detection systems.
In addition, I integrated the system with ERP and in-house accounting systems to create online proposals and submit them after getting approvals. This process was automated.
Furthermore, I created the Proposal Management System, which retrieves data from CRM and generates proposals online.
I developed multiple modules for Infor CRM using C# and ASP.Net to capture leads generated by the marketing department. I also implemented process automation to approve the leads by the Business/Marketing head and promote them to enquiries and proposal management.
