I am a Microsoft Technology professional with over 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps. My expertise lies in configuring MS Dynamics CRM components, creating C# plugins, developing out-of-the-box reports, building Web APIs for data integration, and managing security roles.
My skills also extend to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Module, Field Service, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Portals. I am proficient in implementing CRM solutions to boost productivity using Microsoft CRM as a development platform. I have a proven track record of successfully managing system migrations, including upgrades from CRM 4.0 to 2011 and 2013, as well as transitioning from legacy systems to CRM.
In addition to my CRM and Power Apps experience, I am well-suited for the role of a Software Developer with a focus on the Microsoft PowerApps platform. I have a deep familiarity with Power Apps, especially with a documented experience in the Model-Driven Development approach.
