Name Indocount

Description

Indocount deals with both Sales and Community cloud. My role here is to develop multiple LWC components and also integrate them with Uni commerce.

The first component is based on LWC which is a Catalogue component that displays all the products like an eCommerce site with multiple filters and is deployed to the community page.

The second component is to replace the default add products button with a custom add/Edit products component. This component displays the list of all the products inside a custom data table which is used to show the image of the product too and also the summary of products added to the top of the component with the price and tax calculated.

Also implemented the integration of Uni commerce with Salesforce which includes retrieving data for products, export jobs, etc.

Description

Experience in working with Salesforce CRM products and modules. European Water Technologies is a company based in Ireland having sales and services Water Purification products. Handled multiple issues both in analytics and on the administration side. Underwent tasks related to Einstein analytics including the creation of dashboards, edition of dataflows, SAQL-related charts, bindings, handled client calls, and analyzed the corresponding requirements.

Delivering quality dashboards and designs for Field service Applications, Technician performance, Service Analytics Overview, and Agent Service Performance.

Producing data from Salesforce using dataflow editors and scheduling, and running of workflows. Dataset creation and managing.

Implemented an algorithm for Field Service Application to calculate the values from GPS data for field technicians. Writing SOQL queries and improvising for performance.
