Project Description:

The focus of Phase 1 is to introduce new technologies and processes that provide a view of overall well P&L for overall profitability and costs. The primary objectives of phase 1 are to integrate data from source systems to ODS. Also, to build SSAS cubes and Power BI reports and dashboards for end users. These objectives will be achieved through the implementation of BI and ODS solutions.
