 Project: Sap Implementation and Support

 Duration:  2019 – Jun to 2021 Apr

Description :
  • Implementation experience includes Business Requirement analysis, SAP processes, GAP

            analysis, Testing, Training, Documentation, and Post Go-Live Support.

  • Configured MM Organizational Structure.
  • Customized material and document types and assignment of number ranges for

            different document and the material types.

  • Involved in configuration of Consignment and Subcontracting process.

 

 

  • Configuration of the project covering organizational data, Master Data’s like

             Vendor, Material master, Purchasing Info record and knowledge to configure these

             masters through IMG settings.

  • Involved in Configuration of Release Strategy for Purchase Orders.
  • Involved in Configuration of Source list, info records and outline agreements.
  • Strong experience in preparing Test Scenarios, Unit and Integration testing and

             also responsible for LSMW for uploading vendor and material master productive

             system

  • Training and post go live support to the end users.

Description :
  • Analysing the incident ticket and providing solutions through ticketing tool.
  • Responsible for execution of Service requests as per agreed delivery date with

            customer

  • Handling tickets and resolving with in pre-defined SLAs.
  • Updating the tickets status in ticketing tool on daily basis
  • Customization of Purchase document type, Number ranges for Info-record, PR and PO
  • Solving Issues related to Purchasing, Inventory and Interaction with clients through

            calls and emails.

  • Supporting issues related to Purchase Requisition, Purchase Orders, and Outline

            Agreements.

  • Supporting users with issues & queries towards PO creation, Invoices, Goods receipt.

Coordinating with all the other required modules to discuss and sort-out the integration related issues with FI, PP and SD modules.
