Description Mobistar is one of the main actors on the telecommunications market in Belgium and Luxembourg. The company offers its residential customers postpaid and prepaid innovative mobile telecom products and services. On the business market, Mobistar operates DSL fixed network telephony and high-speed internet, acts as an integrated communications provider and offers a portfolio of mobility and connectivity services. The Sales CRM Application for Mobistar has been developed to strengthen their Sales process. The system captures Lead data (web to lead, Email to lead) accounts, contact, opportunities, products. The system also validates the address with their 3rd party system Road65. The data loading and updation has been scheduled with Dataloader CLI. System is also able to send text messages to customers which internally call a webservice to their existing system.
