PROJECT IN RISHENNYA SOFTWARE SOLUTION

Project Title: NextGen: Airline Baggage tracking and Claims automation system.
Client:NetTracer(Atalanta, Georgia, USA).

Description:

Nextgen is a total solution application for Airlines and Baggage tracking and related functions.
NetTracerInc an innovation leader that's transforming the aviation industry.
Baggage tracking, reporting of (Lost/Delayed, damaged or pilfered) bags (checked-in luggage).
Agent or Passenger can create a File to track the bag, in case found Agent will create OHD (On hand) then creates BDO (Baggage delivery order) and baggage will be delivered to Passenger.
Claims, in case of any loss to the bag or to the items in the bag, Passenger can file a Claim.
Claim can be escalated if not addressed properly by an Agent to the next level of Agent (Manager).
Airline can provide claim Offer, passenger can accept claim offer or reject it, in case of rejection a new claim offer will be provided to passenger.
Internal features (Only access by Agent): Depreciation calculator (Calculates and provides depreciated value of items within the bag), Interim expenses evaluation and issuance etc.
Lost Found system, all the bags which are lost if found they will reported in L&F system, so every time a File gets created the lost baggage details will be traced/searched in L&F system, if found then Agent will create OHD and then BDO and the baggage will be delivered to passenger so on.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
Creating website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS.
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations.
Building reusable code for future use.
Ensuring web design is optimized for mobile, desktop and tabs.

The Farmers Insurance Group of Companies is a personal lines property and casualty insurance group providing homeowners insurance, auto insurance, life insurance, and financial services in the United States. The Farmers Insurance Group of Companies is the country’s third-largest writer of both private passenger automobile and homeowners insurance.
The project is about web application of the Functional Regression Testing. There are twelve testing cycles (Major/Minor releases) which cover the entire testing activity in the accelerated environment. Testing for different billing plans is also a part of the cycle. The testing activity includes both testing web applications for different business scenarios and business transactions done as Agent, Underwriter, and Policy service specialist.
