Transforming the CPQ and order management process using Vlocity EPC
The client wanted to speed up their sales by combining the capabilities of Salesforce and Vlocity. Develop an industry-leading, catalog-driven platform.
Used a metadata-driven approach to accommodate the incarnations of a product as it travels from the twinkle in the eyes of customers to physical implementation in the customer’s hands. Integrating with their end-to-end ecosystem using a product-service-resource (PSR) model to drive sales, configure-price-quote (Vlocity CPǪ), and Vlocity Order-Management capabilities. A used evolutionary approach to transform both front-office and back-office systems into a
shared catalog-driven architecture.
Vlocity Telecommunication
The business requirement of the client is to set up a portal that allows their customers with
different options to buy subscriptions for telecommunication services like mobile phone, broadband, tv, etc.
Worked with different Omni scripts, flex cards, and server calling tools like data raptors, and IPsto give
the user experience of a Guided path to purchase various subscriptions and plans as per customer requirements.
Worked with the community for a portal where customers can log in and see the data of their subscription via different tools of Vlocity.
Created a digital experience site for the customer journey.
Utilized Vlocity EPC to manage the end-to-end processes and product data relevant to the product
development, product launch, and in-life product management activities of their organization.
Tax Solutions Project
Development Work on Standard Object of Sales App that undergoes the process of tax reduction.Made Apex trigger, Apex classes, Custom setting, Process builder to notify user, Sales Process, Path setting. It automated the whole process, create the tasks according to the Type of Tax, assigned them to the respective user in an ordered manner, and also notify the user of the assignment and due date of that task
