Project Name : Case Management System(CM5)

Technologies : C#,Asp.Net, JAVA SCRIPT, JQUERY, AJAX, SHAREPOINT 2016,Web Service.

Database : SQL-Server 2016

Role : Team Lead

About Case Management System (CM5):

Darden Business Publishing [“DBP”] is planning to make significant enhancements in its Case Management 4 [“CM4”] platform to increase faculty’s the adoption of CM4 as well as increase DBP team’s productivity. These significant changes have led to rename the platform to Case Management 5 [‘’CM5”] which will include features that will meet the above objectives.

Responsibilities:

Development of following module.

Search Case(s): Search term UI Allows users to Enter a search term. It should be four characters long to perform a search operation. Users can enter search term as abstract, Case number, Content Title or available for sale. If users want to perform exact search, then he or she want to enter the search term in a double quote e.g. “Central Express Trucking”. After the search term entered by the user and when he/she press the Enter key then search results are filtered into five libraries. For this we have created the connectable web parts in SharePoint. Using web service, we read the data from .xml file and displaying this data on SharePoint webparts.

Delegations: Using visual studio web part we have built this module. Once user fills all the required valued from delegation UI, the record will get added in the Delegation list with the Relationship Type as ‘Delegate’. The use of this functionality is when I have assigned some tasks and I am owner of that task. If I am not able to complete this my task due to some reason, then I can assign my task to someone else to complete task as a delegate.

Project II:

Project Name : Role-Based User Experience

Technologies : MVC, C#.NET, AJAX,HTML, Java Script ,CSS

Database : SQL-Server 2016

Role : Software Engineer

About Role Based Pricing:

Darden Business Publishing’s [“DBP”] is planning to offer its collection to universities which have signed a special pricing with DBP. Hence, CM4 and Storefront needs to build a functionality to assign role-based pricing. Each such university and its approved constituents will be assigned to unique roles. Storefront will maintain special pricing for this role and charge the buyer based on the user group it is assigned to. Additionally, DBP would like to restrict the collection based on the user-role. Presently, the restriction has a scope for including following user groups viz. Darden Faculty, Other Faculty, Students and others. This restriction will for displaying the products on Storefront. Based on the role, DBP would like to have different product page layout for roles. Hence, the students, faculty and business users will each see a different product
