Roles and Responsibilities:

• On-boardingandOff-boardingofprivilegedaccountsinCyberArk.
• MaintainingallthePrivilegedaccountsstatustobecomplianceinCyberArk.
• Troubleshooting of non-compliance Accounts in CyberArk with respective serverteam to make surethe accounts to be compliant.
• Interacting with the client on various forums to discuss the status of issues regarding privileged accounts. Also clarify users and client queries about the access related issues.
• Creating safes with standard naming convention and binding the AD group with applicable permission over the safe to access the accounts
• Responsible for generating Inventory reports on daily basis to track all the account level issues.
• Work on the monthly patching of CyberArk components servers including Vault servers.
• Actively involved in Version upgradation of CyberArk components.
• Sharing the Activity log and Compliance report to the applicable stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting user issues like authentication issues, password resets, guiding the users about procedure to connect target devices from CyberArk.
• Managed Vault server and other component servers through monitoring theirServices by doing daily Health Check.
• Configured Dual Control Approval Workflow, One-Time Password (OTP),Check-in/Check-out.
• Accounts Onboarding using Password Upload Utility Script.
• Monitor the live sessions and disconnect the sessions if any malicious activities are identified.
• Configured different types of Password Policies to meet the requirement for theCustomer.
• Involved in most of the requests and resolved within SLA with appropriate resolution steps & performed root cause analysis for permanent fixes.
• Managing day to day operations of Cyber Ark solutions which including adding, deleting accounts.
• Troubleshoot Issues related to Cyber-Ark or End Users using Ticketing System.
