Visibility and flexibility are the hallmarks of this shipment portal.
With ‘Shipment Portal’, you can submit Shipment Requests, download Software’s and track software versions that have been shipped to customers.
Software can be downloaded by user only after approved by different levels of approvers.

Description
The application allows highlighting or flagging certain issues within an organization, so that the appropriate personnel can respond to these issues and monitor the resolutions. An escalation management system allows you to identify, track, monitor, and manage issues that require increased awareness and swift action
Using the Escalation Management System, we can re-prioritize (Hot/Warm/Mild), reassign, and monitor escalations to a satisfactory completion.
The customer escalations dashboard displays all weekly based ES/Escalation tickets.
Some of the features of the application are, Escalation status tracking information, Applications [CAPA] linking capability, Ownership assignment, PR-resolution prioritization, Resolution plan definition with associated tasks and notes, Automatic notification of escalation
progress to identified contacts
