Strong knowledge and experience in creating Service Now workflows for Service catalog.
Knowledge in update set capture, migration and other update set related stuff.
Created Email Notifications using scripts that triggers notifications to users based on user preferred language.
Strong experience in configuring and customizing all aspects of service now like UI actions, UI
Policy, Business rule, Client scripts, Script includes, Notifications, email scripting and Fix Scripts.
Direct hands-on experience on access controls with operations like write, read, create and list edit.
Handling and enhancing Service Portal for ITBM module.
Strong experience on Office Templater, Portal Widgets, Financial plans using ITBM module.
Good experience with update set movements between Service now instances.
Hands on experience on import sets.
