∙9 years of experience in the field of 5 years as Business Analyst QA in BPS(Mortgage) and 3 years as Manual Test Analyst and 1 year as a Automation Test Analyst.
∙Expert developing automation testing framework using Python, used client based Automation Anywhere Tool.
∙Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
∙Experience in Business Functionality Testing, User Interface testing, Unit testing, Integration Testing Black Box Testing, End to End Testing, Manual Testing, UAT Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Documentation and Reporting.
∙Experience in reviewing of business requirements and design documentation for completeness and test-ability.
∙Experience in Banking, Payment , Mortgage domain
∙Ability to execute and manage test cases, enter and manage defects to completion. ∙Excellent experience in Software Testing in Client Server Application and Web based application using Manual
∙Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
∙Good knowledge of all stages of software developmental life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)
∙Hands on Experience in preparing Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Data and Test Execution.
∙ Experience in database query manipulation. SQL.
∙Expertise in analyzing the results and reporting suggestions and defects.
∙Write test script and scenarios in word and excel and Jira
∙Analyze Financial Status ,Credit and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan
∙Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy. ∙Approve the loans within specify limits
∙Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
