SFMC Developer:

 The day-to-day work included creation of Custom queries, Email Templates, AMPScript based dynamic
templates and cloud pages.

 Track email key performance indicators such as opens, clicks, and engagement trends to make
recommendations for optimization resulting in an increase of average click to open rates.
 Integration of marketing cloud with sales cloud for segmentation of audience for custom campaigns.
 Implementation of automation studio Query activity for the segmentation.
 Created Lead capturing forms in Web studio using cloud pages, that helps to generate new leads for the
 business.
 Created dynamic emails with the help of content blocks and AMPscript to fetch and add different
contents in the email body.

Salesforce Functional Consultant:

 Worked for a Life Science Domain Client. The day-to-day Roles and responsibilities included: Analyze
different test scenarios and design test cases for the same. Provide estimate for the new release of the
application.
 Execution of the Test Cases in JIRA. Logging of Defects in Salesforce application.
 Performed defect retest and closed/reopened the defect based on defect retest.
 Integration testing of Sales cloud with Zoom, Sales Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales cloud with
different Managed Packages.
 Testing related to the GDPR/CAN Spam functionalities. Handling of Performance Testing, Regression,
System Testing.
