  • Formulating and strategizing operations & technology plans for Palava Smart City in collaboration with IBM. Product Manager for deliverables including Resident Portal (www.mypalava.in), Mobile Applications and Intelligent Operations Centre.  Handling AMS (Application Management Services) team for Palava Smart City - a team of 14 resources
  • Handling  vendor teams,  strategic partners like IBM, SmartiSystems, Wow Solutions & Atos India  
  • Working on Palava Smart Card Project in collaboration with Atos Smarti, Wow Solutions; managing Smart Card process implementation, IPG initiation for smart card payments and roll out of smart card loyalty program
  • Steering Smart City E-Governance products - Customer Relationship Module (CRM-https://ops.mypalava.in/crm) including Customer Complaint Management, Customer Request Processing, Access control integration with Palava Smart Card, KYC updation, Parking Management, Smart Water Meter tracking, Pre-paid Meter Integration, Tracking Occupancy Details and Tracking Customer Feedback.
  • Product Managing the City Commercial Management module ; mapping invoice & receipt lifecycle pertaining to different charges (city level, resident level, society level & individual), integration with Lodha SAP systems to ensure satisfactory traction.
  • Analysing Cost-Benefit plans and market trends to drive Smart City Analytics initiatives including measuring profitability of Palava Dwellers as a Franchisee, deep diving into IOC functionalities, location based real time marketing, and so on

  • Have team meetings at appropriate times to understand & review the current risks and motivate the team to resolve the same.
  • Defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle.
  • Work closely on the deadlines of the project.
  • Perform client communication to give a demo for the system.
  • Push the team continuously to innovate.
  • Review test strategies and see that all the various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, security, load etc. are getting covered.
  • Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
  • Preparing Test Summary and Test cases based on the Functional document received.
  • Check the status of every issue across each module day by day and update the team on a daily basis through emails and status trackers.
  • Involved in Functional, Integration and Regression Testing.
  • Interacting with the developers to make sure that they have understood the issues and proactively involved in Defect review meetings.
  • Given the support for production deployment.
  • Perform certification testing to another site.
