• Configuration, Customization and Implementation of managed package property base.

• Declarative modules like Flows, Process Builders, and Workflows, etc.

• Custom Development using Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Classes, Scheduler Classes, and Test Classes.

• Designed and developed Lightning components based on the business requirements.

• Involved in group for requirement gathering throughout the planning and implementation.

• Used the sandbox for testing and migrated the code to the deployment instance after testing.

• This Project is for VOIP service Provider Company which deals with tons of data on daily basis. The Project requirement is to automate the daily tasks such as case management, assignment, etc. We have developed the entire functionality on Salesforce Enterprise Edition with Workflows, Process Builders, Email templates, and email alerts to provide them with seamless automation, so as to avoid human errors in assignment of tasks.
