Title : Sugar Application Commission Proposal

Project Description:

Web Automation on Sugar Application: Sugar application is a company website application, based to
process proposals for further processing with the data received from Outlook mail with Excel attachments
and Develop bot from end to end using multi-Bot architecture structured RE-Framework.
The Excel file with data was to be extracted and uploaded into the orchestrator with one bot (Dispatcher)
with dictionary and other bot would check for transaction data to upload into the Sugar application on
multiple pages navigating through multiple pages, depending to the data received (Performer). Data
validations for the excel were done and challenges for this application was that the web application was
developed on WordPress which made web selectors hard to make them unique.
Generation of bot output report was done for each transaction into an excel which in the end is sent to the
PO (Process Owner). All Exceptions are sent to concerned support team and PO’s.

Title : Customer Request Processing

Project Description:

Customer Service Request refers to the managing entire activities to be processed to the service request
made by customers. Customers usually raise a request for specific services like
• Account maintenance activities,

• Request for the statements,

• Change of address,

• Update/change the phone numbers,

• Request new check book,

• Balance transfer requests etc.

The helpdesk will ask to the customers to verify their details and once the details are verified, they will
forward that request to a particular department and close the request in a certain time period.
