An action map is basically a SaaS application for planning and managing things. It is a document-based application. It has lots of features that help a user to plan, discuss and share things with other users. It has various features for users.
In this application, the subscriber is managed by a third-party software i.e.: FastSpring. Earlier it was managed by the Classic version of FastSpring which is now converted to a contextual version (upgraded version of the classic).
Not only FastSpring but action map uses two more third-party software one is Zendesk support and another is mail chimp. Zendesk Support allows your customers to connect with you through web or mobile, or start a conversation directly through email, Facebook, Twitter, or any other channel you want.
