Project #1 – Federal Mogul (Driv) – Manufacturing
Role: Tech Lead
Responsibilities:
Lead all technical related development. This project was about moving all development from one org to new org with existing code correction and new development with existing data. Big challenge here was data migration of 40 GB+ data on existing org. to migrate large amount of data from one org to another with relationship was difficult but we able to do by creating external ids on object and formula for lookup fields and we able complete it by dividing into multiple excel files. New feature added like Barcode and QR Code generation and Scanning app on Mobile App, Excel file uploading modules, Barcode and QR code print using Zebra printer etc. Also integrated with Heroku Postgres database to archive Salesforce coupon data after successful redemption or scrapping on time interval.
Project #2 – VBHC Homes – Real Estate (Phase II)
Role: Tech Lead
Responsibilities:
Project was to build mobile supported customer community portal to view their purchased Unit with details like Payment Schedules, Demand Letter and Invoices, Account Statements, Payment and Receipts etc. Also done integration with Kleeto to store customer document and provided option to download or send documents over the email. Community portal also support the Salesforce 1 mobile app with same look and feel of desktop application. Highly involvement on development and integration activities.
Project #3 – VBHC Homes – Real Estate (Phase I)
Role: Tech Lead
Responsibilities:
This was enhancement project and most of the module were already developed by previous vendor of customer and new changes are requested by customer for the existing module and some new modules are created by Ingram team as requested by the customer. Lots of code correction done on existing where customer not able to get the correct output. Completed Quadra Integration with Salesforce. Lead all development related activities. Developed new Interest Overdue Calculation job since existing code was not able to fulfil customer requirement.
Project #4 – IDS Next - Hospitality
Role: Project Lead
Responsibilities:
Leading & closely working with the team for End-to-End Implementation of Lightning Sales Cloud with extensive use of Visualforce Pages & Components, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Workflows, Processes, and two-way API Integration with Zoho Book using REST API. Developed Email Service to record customer email to created case in Salesforce also build Email Panel where user will view all customer email and link to existing case or create new case from the email.
Project #5 – Broadcast Audience Research Council - Agency
Role: Project Lead
Responsibilities:
This Project was to integrate Salesforce with multiple external systems for several objects & fields depending on complex criteria. Lead the Team for Customization and Configuration from the scratch and worked on real time Integration with multiple systems using JSON.
