Connected Vehicles Customer Management (CM) is an application to assign Vehicle to an Owner with selection of Product Subscription. Product Subscription Contains 2 or 3. After performing enrolment, the Activation of Corresponding services takes place in Siebel according to Packages selected during enrolment. Each OEM (i.e.Toyota, Hyundai etc) has their own product structure, different subscription rules, different product terms, different promotion offers and lot other. The role in CM module to ensure the flow is correct from EM to DB and if any error/exception occur then find root cause and fix the issue
