Involved in ServiceNow Development, Customization and Administration
Processes/modules deployment of Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management, Service Catalog.
Developing and configuring Business Rules, UIPolicies, Catalog Client Scripts and ClientScripts.
Creating Workflows for Custom applications Automation.
ServiceCatalog designing and work flow implementations.
Configuring of Existing scripts, UIpolicies and UIactions.
Configuring Users, Groups and Roles.
Created various notifications at different stages.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the business users/customers
Implementing the service requests and data changes.
Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
Created Buttons and context menus both on form and lists using UI actions.
