RPA Projects

Invoice Processing (UiPath)

Applications used - MS OUTLOOK, PDF, Excel 2016, Shipping software( web application)

Overview - BOT Will read the email from Ms outlook account and save the invoice pdf file that is attached in the mail to local drive.Invoice amount, client id, invoice date will be extracted from the pdf invoice.After extracting the data bot will login to the shipping software web application to cross check the invoice amount against the amount in the system to see any deviation and trigger an alert to the financial team in the web application.Also invoice will be uploaded in to the system.Details like client id, invoice amount processed date will be logged in to the excel file.

Billing RPA (UiPath)

Applications used - Excel 2016, Billing software( desktop application)

Overview - BOT Will read the data in excel file and based on the logic provided by the client in the workflow bot will create new / update client information, raise invoice, trigger alert if any exceptions occurs.

I-94 and Uscis Status (UiPath)

Applications used - Excel 2016, I-94,Uscis US government website

Overview - BOT reads the data from excel file access the I-94 / Uscis website enter the related details in the form and grab the result given in the web to the excel file and as well as download the travel history document to the local folder and rename the file with user firstname and lastname.

Notice Rename (UiPath,Python)

Applications used – Google Cloud OCR, PDF, Excel 2016, Python( Qrcode reader),Inszoom (web

Application ),Netdocs(web application)

Overview - BOT Will read the pdf file placed in source folder and send the first page of the pdf file as image to google cloud ocr.After extracting the text based on the conditions provided it will rename the source pdf file and move to processed folder.Also qrcode in the pdf file is read to extract the shipping information and date is saved in excel simultaneously apart from saving the data in Inszoom website.File that is renamed is uploaded in Netdocs application under the respective users Profile.

Immigration Filing Review (UiPath,Python)

LCA/PAF Creation (UiPath)

Applications used – Google Cloud OCR, MS OUTLOOK,MS WORD, MS EXCEL

Overview – BOT scan (read emails) using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) Complete/update information. Upload documents from emails to the desired folder. Track documents received, and outstanding documents. Audit Notice of Filing document for required signatures. Create LCA/PAF when all the necessary documents are received
