This project is about data verification. There are different data operators collected the data from site and making the CSV file using tool. My role is for this project is to verify CSV file which are collected by operators and making QC report. This report sent to client. Communicate with the client and discussion with him regarding my findings. Handling the team and provided the solutions for the critical issues.

3) ACHL Formative Assessment:
Description: -
The formative assessment is an innovative and personalized approach to learning designed to improve clinical performance. It employs a testing methodology that has been shown to be effective in learner retention, recall and application. But beyond the proven educational merits of testing, the formative assessment appeals to the sense of competition— comparing learner results against their peers. Furthermore, the formative assessment is an effective conduit for continuing education activities as learners proceed through content at their own pace. The platform is comprised of modules aligned to specific learning areas. Within each module, learners complete a pre-assessment, see their individual results, the average score of their peers, and are then directed to a learning roadmap that identifies which supplemental education is most relevant to that learner.
