9+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of experience in Service now Development and Administration.
Now working with ITSM modules. Good implementation and Development experience with many global clients in the Service Now suite development including Service Catalogs, Record Producer, Order guide, Business Rules, Update sets, Approval, Assignment, Workflow and Flow Designer.Working experience on Glide Ajax, Glide Record and Other Glide methods.Good knowledge about the concepts like Workflow Development, Reporting, Form/UI configurations, notifications, data imports and custom scripting.Experience working in Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
Experience in other Service Management tools such as BMC Remedy On Demand. Good knowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practices.
Around 7+ years of experience in Itil Concept on modules such as Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
