Description
Sery project is based on home maintained service. there is two mobile application for customer and service provider. Customers can book the service by the customer app and the service provider can accept the service and can change the order status by the provider application. Also, there are two web panels available for super admin and customer service to manage the customer, providers, and orders. Super admin can transfer the virtual money in the service provider wallet.
Admin will have a web based dashboard managing following stuff: Admin will have unique credentials to login to the Admin Dashboard. Dashboard's home page will show different Chart statistics like revenue breakdown(Monthly and yearly), app performance, server overview, support tracker, events created, users registered into the app.Blog : Admin will be able to create the blogs wherein he can include image or video if needed.Payment management : Admin will be able to see all the daily basis, monthly, 6 months and yearly transactions. There will be a search bar wherein admin can even search from date to date. Admin will be able to see what are the online transactions and manual transactions. Admin can handle the refund process. Manage community ( login/logout ) password lost automated.
Notification- Email / Push : All the notifications will be managed by the admin.
Advert management : Advertisement can be of 2 types: Custom advert. ( shortcodes for analytics for eg: from the google admin is making the ads and he wants to see the ads on the Admin Dashboard )Event Management : Admin will be able to manage all the events created by the event organiser, event lists, who joined the events, upcoming events list etc.Security & backup :GDPR compliant : Admin can control and manage all the complaints. Functionality Integration- zapier, Short codes, social media.
In this project, I am handling the complete backend of the Mobile app, building the APIs and developing the admin panel.
