The website will allow signed and verified investors to invest in a company and get stocks in return. Companies raising campaigns will be published with funding target and funding deadline on the website by the system’s admin, via the back office app after it passes an offline due diligence process done by the system’s admins. The published campaigns will be exposed to everyone, but will be able to get investment only from the verified investors. All the website’s information and entities will be managed also from the back office that will allow CRUD actions for it
