Responsibilities:

• This Project is basically to cater all needs of AON related IAAS (Infrastructure as a Service) and Project Portfolio Management to define key goals, objectives, KPIs, and/or OKRs.

• Defining best practices for project development, documentation, and process related documents for future use.

• Interacting with clients for Business issues and solutions and analyzing the business requirement.

• Customizing the tables, fields, forms, lists, views.

• Designing complex workflows for various Infrastructure requirements mainly commissioning and decommissioning of servers. Approvals at various level and complex integration with 3rd party tools is handled in workflow.

• Implementation project which involves all ITSM, CSM&Custom Integrations services including REST API Integrations with various authentication options/techniques.

• Creating Catalog items and form designing.

• Configuration and development of Service portals, pages and widgets.

• Developing Client scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs.

• Creating Notifications (using Template, Mail Script, and Workflow).

• Defining and implementing Service-Level Agreements, Schedules, and Schedule Entries.

• Creating and scheduling reports as per requirements.

Project #2

Client: ConnectService

Duration : Feb,2019 –Aug,2022

Responsibilities:

• Development of various modules, integration of API’s, Peer review for code quality check.

• Defining best practices for project development, documentation and process related documents for future use.

• Interacting with clients for Business issues and solutions and analyzing the business requirement.

• Customizing the tables, fields, forms, lists, views.

• Designing complex workflows for custom based tables.

•Expertise with web services including REST API Integrations with various authentication options/techniques.

• Implementation project which involves all ITSM& CSM tools services like Service Catalog, Incident,Change , Problem ,Knowledge , Case, B2B Customers accounts and contacts, Customer Portals.

• Developing Client scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs.

• Creating Notifications (using Template, Mail Script, and Workflow).

• Defining and implementing Service-Level Agreements, Schedules, and Schedule Entries.

• Creating and scheduling reports as per requirements.

•Design and implement new functionality using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists.

• Creating Transform maps for enabling robust feature of load data.

• Integrating with Azure Active directory to enabled SSO.

• Maintain Dev instance, QA instance and Prod Instance in sync.

• Working with Scheduled Jobs, Events and triggers to manage business needs.

• Involved in Stakeholders/Product Owner discussions about requirements and provide solutions to them.

• Demonstration of new product/features to the Stakeholders/Product owners.
