Description:
The Project was on the Poultry company Kavi groups one of the leading Poultry in south India, the purpose of the project was to collect data from different sources and create report as the requirement of the client and to create dashboard for the separate wing of the poultry like the Hatchery, Breeder, Broiler and Feed Mill. The dashboard created were-
● Kavi Performance P&L Dashboard
● Breeder Performance Technical analysis
● Broiler Performance Technical analysis
● Hatchery Performance Technical analysis
● Flock Analysis
● Kavi Feed Mill Dashboard
The dashboard had a lot of data flowing with no column name all the data had to be assorted along filtering of columns according to the requirement and performing calculations to have aggregated columns along with extracting dates from the name of the source data normally as excel files. Changing of data types and creation and deletion of column as per business requirements. Along with using Custom Visuals for date Hierarchy at visual level and also using complex DAX to achieve the solution for the clients.
Had also Performed Performance Tuning for the Dashboard along with change of path from remote server to SharePoint folder.
Responsibilities :
Evaluate business requirements & perform impact analysis Design and develop Power BI dashboards as per the business requirement.
Preparing system and unit test plan to ensure all the business logic and implemented correctly.
Perform Root cause analysis for defects and fix as per the business rules.
Involved extensively in Requirement elicitation and analysis.

Description:
The Project is about a logistic company Good pack, Good pack is a global logistics provider servicing industry that require safe, protective, cost efficient packaging and supply chain solutions. I created a Inventory Dashboard for the company having reports like-
● Discrepancy report
● Ownership and Under ship Quantity
● Global depot Inventory.
Responsibilities :
The dashboard had to be made as per the requirements of the client had various complicated DAX and also dealt with Report level Page level and visual level filters along with Dynamic Columns. Involved use of buttons and also a Content page which could be used to reach to any report just by clicking on the button, also the reports had buttons to reach the home page or any desired page possible. The reports also used forecasting Techniques to know about the trends and the coming demand of the logistic company in coming future. The report was made keeping in mind that there is no need for performance tuning in future and the data model was apt and the DAX used were not creating any performance issue, Performance Analyzer was used to show the client the speed of the report and there were no unnecessary lags and the dashboard is as light as possible.
