To improve decision making for various strategic milestones Rotary started data warehouse implementation so that historical data is better organize for efficient access. This involves creating data mart for different business department/area, analysis of these data & provide quick dashboard like reporting. It was phase wise migration of data into BI which was carried by multiple projects.
