Apple Inc. :- This project supports highly business critical applications at various departments at Apple like sales,marketing,human resources, finance etc.

Responsibilities:

Analyze, design and build test cases based on system requirements and design specification.
Involved in STLC Phases i.e. Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Environment Setup, Execution and Test Reporting.
Involved in Execution of Test Cases. Regression and Re-testing of subsequent builds releases.
Involvement in Integration, Functional, GUI, API, Regression, Adhoc, Smoke and System Testing in the Project.
Experience in API testing using Postman.
Creating automated test scripts in Selenium using Java, TestNG and Maven.
Worked on Corporate CIFs and relationship managers.
Reporting defects and tracking if the defects are resolved on a daily basis.
Log articulate and detailed descriptions, and steps required to reproduce the bugs. Identify a bug's root cause whenever possible.
Experience on writing SQL queries to extract data from various source tables to perform database testing.
Track and re-test all existing bugs regularly and update the bug database accordingly.
Re-test closed bugs that are potentially affected by changes to tuning and functionality. Follow rigorous procedures for testing the regression of bugs, with particular attention.

Responsibilities:-

Experience in L1, L2 production support using UNIX, SQL, Splunk, Hubble, DevOps in Apple Mac OS Platform. Timely response on requests for more information and bug flow.
Managing Production database and Production host.
Traffic Shift from Primary Data Center to Standby Data Center for maintenance or Outage resolution.
Performing Maintenance (File System’s, OS User Passwords, and OS Patching activities) on the App servers and Web Servers.
Managing 100+ Autosys job running for 4 applications on 80+ Production server.
Creating Cron jobs and Unix Script.
Provide technical consultancy and expertise for troubleshooting and resolution for issues or requests.
Provide regular workaround for urgent production issues.
To resolve the tickets raised as per the defined standards of time, cost and quality to increase customer satisfaction.
