Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to facilitate effective project execution.
• Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring tasks are executed according to plan, and closely monitor budget adherence.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
• Foster clear and timely communication among team members and stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and ensuring project objectives are met.
• Assign tasks to team members, provide guidance and support, and monitor their performance to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct comprehensive gathering and analysis of project requirements from clients and stakeholders, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and documentation of key decisions and outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates to clients and management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and execute effective test plans to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, manage expectations, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, propose and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements for future projects.
• Continuously stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management and information technology, integrating relevant knowledge into project strategies and execution.
