Having 4.5+ years of Professional experience in IT and 3.3+Years of experience in ServiceNow as both ServiceNow Developer and Administrator with having vast experience in ITSM, ITOM, & CSM.
Experience in development of the applications such as Incident Management, problem management, Change management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, order guides, Record producers, etc.,
Design and implement custom applications, modules, and functionalities based on business requirements.
Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI pages.
Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Design and implement custom applications, modules, and functionalities based on business requirements.
Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
Create and optimize script includes, business rules, and UI scripts.
Implement event-based scripting for automation and customization.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
Define and maintain data policies and retention rules.
Administer the Change Management process and ensure adherence to change policies.
