Progressive experience at Network Protocols like RIPv2, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS and BGP
Dealing with the Service Providers BT and Vodafone for all the major incidents supporting 24/7 bridge calls while localizing the faults end to end.
Extensive experience in Implementation, Configuring on Palo Alto Firewall.
Strong knowledge and wide experience with different Cisco, Juniper, Huawei network hardware including Switches and router IOS Upgrades.
Expert in implementation and troubleshooting STP, RSTP and VTP V3 LAN in an Operational environment.
Extensive SDWAN experience in Cisco Viptela and Meraki, wired and wireless technologies environment link Ethernet cable, optical cables, and microwave.
Strong “hands on” technical knowledge of Subnetting, DHCP, NAT/PAT and ACL configurations
Driving all the incidents as per priority within the SLA to meet the agreed KPI performance.
Recognized for quickly troubleshooting problems and offering effective low-cost solutions to meet requirements of minimal operating budget.
Able to perform within a team as well as independently and unsupervised, self-motivated, and inspiring others.
Monitoring the visibility of all nodes in DCN routing management.
Supporting NOC operations flexible on shifts environments with coordinating internal teams to troubleshoot incidents E2E restoration.
Attending customer relationship meeting for process improvement to enhance services day to day events.
