raised by Customers across the globe. Here, Claims Management System (CMS) is Crawford’s core
asset. The details of every file handled by Crawford are housed in CMS and are accessible by both
Crawford personnel and by their clients. The Claims are organized into various service centers
which are high in number & geographic in nature like NY, California, Texas. All Service centers are
responsible for assigning the managers and adjustors. Basically, claims management is the process
of handling and managing different types of claims. It acts as an intermediary between the
Insurance company and the Customers.
Claims management company (TPA – Third Party Administrator) provides following facilities:

Germany. This alliance will offer merchant processing services for credit card and other electronic
payments. Tele Cash GmbH & Co. KG, a First Data group company and leading network operator
for processing card payments in Germany, has been named exclusive distributor for PayTech’s
PRIMUS desk terminal which is available to merchants with immediate effect. The Swiss terminal
vendor does not offer direct sales in Germany.
First Data Merchant Services enables merchants to accept any type of electronic payment credit,
debit, electronic check, EBT, smart card anytime, anywhere.

Global Disbursements enables HSBC’s customers to submit a single file of mass payments to the
Bank for onward distribution to their beneficiaries the world-over (e.g., a pension company sending
monthly payments to expatriate pensioners). For its part HSBC will debit the customer from a
single account, apply the relevant FX and transmit the payments via most cost-effective routing.
This provides the customers with an end-to-end visibility to their payments and these facilities
improve the service provided to the beneficiaries. From a commercial sustainability perspective,

segments and enable long term relationships (contracts are typically 3-5 years). With revenue
