SEW provides a Digital Customer Experience platform to SWG customers. SEW delivered a customer self-service platform with a full 360-degree view including a native mobile experience and omnichannel interaction support. The platform also empowers utility customer service agents to quickly meet customer requests with tailored, personalized experiences.
CSP is an admin portal for the SWG customer portal that controls all the configurations and analytics modules. It provides 360 view for CSR to view all required details of the customer including billing, usage, outage, and user interactions.
