10 years of Project Management experience in driving SAP transformation roadmap engaging with CXO level stakeholders at strategic level discussions. Ability to develop detailed solution designs.
Understands SAP architectural constructs ,patterns ,protocols and implementation methodologies
Ensuring maximum availability of resources at onsite by analyzing the number of days at onsite/offshore
Review of project plan and updating the percentage for activities completed for tasks/phases/activities
Support, follow-up for Weekly Status Report from the Team Leads /Consultants & review of RAID register
Expedite for deliverables like SAP Org structure, KDS, KDDs, PDDs, BTP, Node, WRICEFs, Gap Register
