Create release management policies and procedures for production and nonproduction environments and get them approved as part of the change management process
by the client Programme Manager and the business.
Manage risks and dependencies throughout the project release and coordinated with architecture, development, and testing teams to create release specifications.
Create change and release tickets in advance and seek all the approvals on time so that change remains compliant.
Conduct release plan walkthrough meet with all the application team members,
upstream/downstream systems, and impacted CI teams.
Manage all the application related environments, access controls, create promotion path, uplift, procure or release the infra as per the need.
Ensure all environments are in place so that all phases of testing, pre-production, and production are carried out in in phased, smoother, and planned manner.
