Description: This application was built to fetch and provide the details of Organizations Microsoft Teams
and Outlook Calendar on the Salesforce Platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designed, and deployed the Custom objects, Custom tabs, validation rules, List Views, Lightning
App, Page layouts to suit to the needs of the application.
• Integrated Microsoft Graph API with Salesforce to fetch the Microsoft Teams User Presence and
Outlook Calendar.
• Created Custom List view for customized salesforce look and feel.
• Created multiple LWC components for functional requirements of business.
• Designed and developed Apex Classes, Test Classes, Controller Classes, and Apex Triggers using
best practices for various functional needs in the application.
• Used Custom Metadata Types, Custom Labels and Custom Settings in Development for optimized
results.

PROJECT 2 : Institute Management System Application (Sales Cloud)

Description: The Institute management system is a Salesforce app and environment meant to facilitate
the creation and approval of enquires generated by a firm’s clients. The firm’s enquiry handing team
comprises employees in sales, business, and support roles. The system is meant to handle how an
employee interacts with and handles enquiry and client data while overriding the standard sales cloud
utility with customizable lightning web components.
Institute Management System is designed to automate the management process of an institute from
student admission to examination management, from course management to schedule management,
from human resource employment to salary management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Designed and lwc component for this project.
 Managing salesforce security, OWD, profiles, roles and permission sets.

 Have work on validations rules.
